Meet ILQHYA's very own Vice President, Ava Pope! 

Ava is a sixteen-year rider from Wauconda, Illinois. Her parents Arhlene & Anthony support her equestrian dreams. Ava has been riding for the past thirteen years and has been competing with YEDA for the past eight years and barrel races for ILQHYA.

Our ILQHYA members are very goal-oriented, this year Ava’s goal is to finish the year as #1 at YEDA nationals. Ava’s “reach for the stars goal” is to win a saddle.
