The purpose of ILQHA shall be to promote the American Quarter Horse in the State of Illinois. To achieve this purpose ILQHA shall promote interest in riding, breeding, raising, training, exhibiting and racing the American Quarter Horse and organize, promote and sanction events and activities for Quarter Horses and their owners.

2024 Hall of Fame Inductees
The IL Quarter Horse Association is pleased to announce the 2024 inductees into the Hall of Fame. Induction into the ILQHA Hall of Fame is the highest honor bestowed on individuals and horses who have shown excellence in competition, their contributions, promotions, and support of the horse industry. This year this honor is bestowed on Cheryl LaMaster and Staccaro.
